I don't know exactly why, but this is one of my favorite cards from this set. Probably because it's a bit of a crazy sort of name for a card. Anyway...in the
event my card text is a bit confusing, let’s say you have a unit
with 20 speed and you opponent has a unit with 60 speed. You can use
the effect of this card to pump up your unit’s speed to 60 or
decrease the speed of you opponent’s unit to 20.
